I placed an order for 3 whole chickens, but I only received two, and they were not whole—they were cut up and totally melted and had a bad smell.
I contacted you via WhatsApp and by phone, but each time my messages were read and ignored.
I kept the chicken for two days before disposing of it because of the deception and dishonesty on your part.
You also showed no respect for customers and didn’t listen to me.
I am deeply disappointed.
I hope to find an honest and reasonable person among you who will compensate me for the fraud I was subjected to.
